slack-app.org is an independent, informational download portal for the Slack application. This policy explains what limited data we collect and how it is handled. We are not affiliated with Slack Technologies, LLC (Salesforce).
This site provides download links, guides and information about Slack. All software downloads are served directly from Slack's official servers; we do not host installers ourselves.
This is a static informational site. We do not require accounts and do not ask for personal information. We may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics such as page views, approximate region and device type to understand how the site is used.

Our download buttons link to official Slack servers. When you download and run any installer, your operating system's protection — such as Microsoft Defender SmartScreen on Windows or Gatekeeper on macOS — may display a prompt. Once you click an outbound link to slack.com or another destination, that site's own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.
The site is served over HTTPS. Because we do not collect personal data or host installers, there is no personal information for us to store or expose.
